      I loved OULA from the moment the music started at the first class I took in Missoula. It is one hour of fun, happiness and being whoever I want to be. Teaching OULA allows me to share the experience with others. I enjoy seeing their smiles, hearing their laughter and watching them find confidence in that magical moment when it all “clicks” and they are able to simply move to the music.

      It is my joy to present Booty Barre, a top-trending fitness class, to a small studio like ours. Booty Barre is a fun, energetic class that sculpts the entire body with ever-changing choreography. I love watching clients come to a class for the first time not sure what to expect and then getting hooked. As a fitness instructor, I have enjoyed watching our clients transform.     INMOTION Studio offers several high-intensity classes that focus on building muscular power, improving functional fitness levels and enhancing neuromuscular coordination. FIIT, Ball Circuit, and Ski Conditioning are among them. This series offers seasonal and sports conditioning, functional training, high-intensity interval training, and other formats are among the classes that last up to nine weeks and rotate throughout the year.     OULA Power! is a 45 minute conditioning class that begins with an empowering warm up, followed by a couple of cardio tracks to warm up the body and bring up the heart rate, and then transitions into a series of conditioning tracks that focus on strengthening and toning using just our own body weight.  This class features moves from HIIT, pilates, yoga and dance conditioning classes, and is equally challenging and rewarding.  The music is carefully selected to inspire you to be bigger, better, faster, stronger!
