I loved OULA from the moment the music started at the first class I took in Missoula. It is one hour of fun, happiness and being whoever I want to be. Teaching OULA allows me to share the experience with others. I enjoy seeing their smiles, hearing their laughter and watching them find confidence in that magical moment when it all “clicks” and they are able to simply move to the music.
I love sharing the exhilaration of an awesome workout with other people. It is a privilege to lead both OULA and Power and Conditioning classes in a clean, inspiring space. I especially enjoy watching our clients progress physically, mentally and emotionally as they take our classes. They push past goals, reset their limits and build strength from the inside out.
It is my joy to present Booty Barre, a top-trending fitness class, to a small studio like ours. Booty Barre is a fun, energetic class that sculpts the entire body with ever-changing choreography. I love watching clients come to a class for the first time not sure what to expect and then getting hooked. As a fitness instructor, I have enjoyed watching our clients transform. Through our classes, they have gained strength, definition and confidence. I feel blessed to share my passion for health and wellness through teaching.
I love teaching yoga and Pilates for the change I see in my participants. I feel a sense of accomplishment when one of my students transitions from saying “I can’t” to saying “I will try.” The physical and emotional growth that comes from teaching mind-body classes bring me joy.
