• Spring into Action!

    People, like plants, take their cues from nature. The lengthening days, the proximity of the sun, and the occasional rain shower awaken the senses. Emerge into spring and bloom into fitness with new classes and passes at InMotion Studio. We have a new schedule to give you both roots and wings, as well as motivating monthly challenges and cool spring gear in hot new colors. Here are a few of the highlights:

    New Power and Conditioning Classes:

    • A new early HIIT class is from 7 to 7:30 a.m. Tuesdays. What to HIIT Spring 2017expect: Cardio and strength intervals, plyo and body-weight resistance moves. In other words: Lots of pushups, jumping, etc.
    • A new PUSH 45 class on Wednesdays from 5:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m. What to expect: Pilates and Yoga-based strength moves combined with cardio intervals for a challenging, lengthening, strengthening workout.

    New OULA Power/OULA .ONE Block:

    • OULA.ONE is officially joining the schedule as a brand new class on OULA One OULA PowerApril 8 at 6 p.m. immediately following OULA Power, which starts at 5:15. Take them together or separately; both classes are great for beginners. What to expect: Both classes are dance-based and choreographed; fun moves challenge the body and excite the spirit. OULA Power is 45-minutes of cardio/strength conditioning. OULA.ONE is a mat-based yoga-inspired flow.

    New Passes:

    Make your commitment to fitness this spring, and save on great classes. Commit to our monthly unlimited pass for three months at $50 a month and enjoy access to as many classes as you want, plus pick a sign-up prize from our front shelf. Ski Montanably Hats, Little-Barn Apothecary Skincare, Water Bottles, KnixWear Panties and more are among the loot.

    New Challenge:

    We’re trying to spread the motivation for fitness goals with fun monthly challenges. Our February pushup challenge was a success and finishers received InMotion water bottles! Our March challenge is abs: We’ve built in 5 minutes of ab exercises into every class; complete two classes a week for four weeks to win a prize! Ideas for next month’s challenge?

    PopUp Classes:

    You will notice spontaneous classes popping up at InMotion from time-to-time. They may be on Saturdays, during the week, or in place of another class.
