Booty Barre/OULA Block: Your favorite barre class at 5:30 p.m. with Larisa, followed immediately by a 45-minute OULA sweat session at 6:45 p.m. with Camille.
QuickCore: A 40-minute class that combines Pilates-based abs with cardio intervals for a condensed noon-hour workout. Starts at 12:10 p.m., with Kristine.
OULA/Barre Block: This time, we’ve flipped it and reversed it Missy Elliot style with Dancemania for the Soul first at 5:15 p.m. with Camille, followed by barre at 6:05 p.m. with Larisa.
Meltdown: A 30-minute high-intensity interval class with Erin; starts at 5:30 p.m. This class appeals to both men and women. Try it with your sweetheart!
OULA/BGG block: Friday OULA is back at an earlier time: 9 a.m. with Erin, followed immediately by a 15-minute Buns, Guns and Gams trouble-toning session at 9:55 a.m.
